Dickenson’s Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz. English Harbor 5 yr Rum (from Antigua! – visit their website!)
1/2 oz. Demarara syrup
juice of 1/2 of a lime
1 dash Angostura bitters
Directions: Shake all ingredients very well in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: orange peel (flamed, optional)
